Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our advanced manufacturing facility in Stoke-on-Trent.
The Role:As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for undertaking reactive and preventive maintenance on a range of automated production equipment in a continuous manufacturing operation.
Your key objectives will be to maximise machinery output and product quality, and minimise plant downtime.
You will work as part of a skilled, adaptable maintenance team, ensuring the maximum performance of manufacturing machinery and supporting a production shift in a continuous, multi-stage process.
The Ideal Candidate:We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician with a background in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will have mechanical maintenance experience, with an Apprenticeship, HNC or equivalent.
You will be a skilled problem-solver, able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills.
You will be committed to delivering high-quality results and contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
