Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Care Support Specialist to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. This role requires a minimum of 6 months of experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

Compensation

The annual salary for this position is £912, with an additional £4416 for night shifts. This is a full-time role that includes two sleep-in shifts per week, providing an extra £46 per night.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate and person-centered support to residents in a residential care environment.
  • Assist clients in developing essential life skills and promote their independence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and CQC standards in the delivery of care.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of legal responsibilities and service standards.
  • Foster a supportive and motivational atmosphere for individuals in care.
