Deputy Manager - Bright Horizons Family Solutions

We are currently looking for a dedicated full-time Deputy Manager to support our operations at Bright Horizons Family Solutions. This role is essential in fostering a supportive and enriching atmosphere for children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide, mentor, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding care and educational experiences
  • Serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead and manage daily activities
  • Facilitate professional growth and training opportunities for team members
  • Establish strong connections with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
  • Enhance the nursery's profile to improve enrollment and retention
  • Ensure financial viability through effective budget management
  • Work collaboratively with local authorities to ensure compliance with best practices
Essential Qualifications:
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or higher
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in an Early Years environment
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection protocols
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with all stakeholders
