Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop the weekend service to ensure it meets the needs of our service users.
- Lead a small team of staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality services.
- Ensure compliance with Build on Belief's policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service providers and the local community.
- Monitor and evaluate the service's performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Experience of working with service users and/or volunteers in the substance misuse treatment and recovery field.
- Proven people management skills and ability to motivate and engage a team.
- Knowledge of the range of services and activities available to improve the quality of life for people with substance use issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on record keeping, monitoring, and report writing.
- Good computer skills in the use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
