We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team in Plymouth. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for young people in our residential home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each young person.
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including parents, carers, and other professionals, to promote the welfare of young people.
  • Ensure the home is maintained to the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Manage and resolve any complaints or concerns in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in residential care, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of childcare legislation, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage challenging behavior and work with young people with complex needs.
