Rider Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Rider Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Rider Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to riders and applicants, ensuring their queries are answered promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to riders and applicants via phone and email for multiple markets
- Work to targets, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality
- Escalate issues with proposed solutions and share feedback with your manager
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Identify trends of fraudulent behavior
- Support colleagues in 1st line support with escalated queries
- Work weekends and bank holidays as required
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Dutch, spoken and written
- At least 1 year of experience as a customer service agent, phone call and email handling
- Target-driven and passionate about providing world-class support
- Availability to work weekends and bank holidays
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Operations or Customer Services environment
- Experience handling escalations
