This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and proactive HR professional to take on a broad generalist role, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Support and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related issues, including absence, performance, disciplinary, and grievances.
- HR Strategy and Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with current legislation.
- Employee Lifecycle Administration: Oversee the payroll process, manage long-term absence, and coordinate recruitment activities.
- HR Projects and Initiatives: Contribute to business-focused projects, such as retention, mental health, employee engagement, reward, and recognition.
- HR Systems and Processes: Embed new initiatives around wellbeing and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- HR Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum CIPD L3 or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in dealing with employment-related cases, such as grievances and disciplinary hearings.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum.
- A hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week working from home.
