We are seeking a skilled Payroll Advisor to join our team at Libra Recruitment. Our client, based in Aylesford, Kent, specializes in providing HR, Payroll, and Employee benefits services to businesses that outsource these functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of payroll clients, working within a team to meet deadlines and ensure accurate and efficient monthly, weekly, 2 weekly, and 4 weekly pay runs.
- Ensure the internal payroll system is accurate and up-to-date across all client records.
- Liaise with clients via telephone and email, providing advice and guidance on all matters relating to payroll.
- Remain competent with HMRC guidance and updates, and where necessary, liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients.
- Deal with allocated incoming and outgoing post.
- Print and scan documentation, including issuing payslips, P45s, and P60s.
- Upload monthly pension contributions via online provider portals.
- Process BACS payments.
- Attend new business client meetings, either via telephone or face-to-face, working towards agreed annual targets.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, with the option to work a hybrid schedule once training is completed. Our client offers flexible working hours and a generous benefits package.
