Estée Lauder Companies | Senior Supply Planner

An exciting opportunity has emerged within the Supply Chain division of Estée Lauder Companies for a Senior Supply Planner role. This position is pivotal in overseeing inventory management across a designated cluster of Brands within the UK Region. The Senior Supply Planner will focus on optimizing inventory levels while ensuring exceptional service delivery, utilizing advanced supply chain analytics and reporting tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate effectively with Demand Planning, Global Supply Chain, Brands, and Finance to create balanced supply plans aligned with established objectives.
  • Manage and enhance the planning and delivery of finished goods from manufacturing sites to distribution centers.
  • Achieve Customer Service and Inventory targets through the use of advanced analytics tools. Regularly engage with Center of Excellence teams to refine regional supply planning parameters.
  • Define strategies and action plans to meet regional inventory and service level KPIs, conducting regular reviews with commercial teams to optimize stock levels.
  • Develop strategic allocations and supply commitments, planning for the operational horizon based on advanced planning systems.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of product launches and events, proactively managing potential risks.
  • Support integration with Demand Planning, Retail Supply Chain, and Distribution & Logistics functions.
  • Drive the evolution of the Integrated Business Planning process through collaboration with Brand partners.
  • Communicate issues clearly and develop effective resolutions.
  • Manage broader supply chain projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree level education or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly with data visualization tools.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP BI.
  • Expertise in SAP SCM/ECC & APO systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Confidence in engaging with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
