Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with spinal cord injuries to live independently and actively in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, mobility, and domestic duties.
  • Assist clients with accessing community resources and services.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Passion for supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and reliability in scheduling.
