Your Main Duties as Client Relationship Manager:
- Interact with clients to enhance satisfaction, maximize retention, and boost profitability at the local level.
- Conduct visits to client sites to collect and assess information, perform preliminary site evaluations (training provided), and gather samples for analysis.
- Advocate for audits and compliance to uncover additional revenue opportunities.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, serving as their primary after-sales contact.
- Diagnose and propose solutions for client challenges, collaborating closely with external contractors.

- A valid UK Driving License is required.
