To bolster their ongoing development, they are in search of a Project Manager to oversee the comprehensive project life cycle.


ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing multiple projects concurrently
  • Managing project tasks from inception to completion
  • Organizing project operations, including planning, coordinating, monitoring, and providing status updates
  • Developing project timelines and key milestones
  • Regularly assessing progress against established objectives
  • Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues
  • Ensuring corrective measures are taken to achieve successful project outcomes
  • Handling project modifications while liaising with clients and team members
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements
  • Collaborating within a cross-functional team
  • Inspiring team members to maintain peak performance levels

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

The ideal candidate for the Project Manager role will possess:

  • A degree in Chemical Engineering
  • A proven history of managing projects at the component level within a manufacturing environment
  • Exceptional planning and organizational capabilities
  • Strong commercial insight and business acumen
  • Proficiency in communication and engagement across all organizational levels
  • PRINCE 2 / PMP / APM PMQ certification
  • Experience working on a COMAH site
  • Familiarity with DSEAR, CDM, and COMAH regulations
  • Robust problem-solving abilities
