About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our warehouse operations as Regional Head of Warehousing. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain High Standards of Quality and Safety: Ensure that all warehouse operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, and that high standards of quality and safety are maintained at all times.
  • Optimize Operational Procedures: Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations, including the management of labor and equipment.
  • Manage KPIs and Performance Metrics: Collect and analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to implement changes and drive business growth.
  • Manage Warehouse Expenditure: Review and manage warehouse expenditure to ensure that it is in line with budget and that opportunities for cost savings are identified and implemented.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, and will be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A H.A.C.C.P Level 2 certification or higher is also necessary.
