**What’s involved - what’s its purpose**

As the Website Logistics Coordinator, you will help to ensure processes are streamlined and are able to exceed customer delivery requirements in line with company objectives.

**Job Specific Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the Amazon pick, pack and despatch process in a way that best suits the company’s visions and policies.
- Recording of inventory movements and processing of Amazon FBA operations, by updating SAP processes where applicable.
- Overseeing and controlling Amazon orders via (SAP B1).
- Maintaining the warehouse’s physical conditions: organisation, layout and design in a way that will ensure maximum space utilisation.
- Review Company KPI targets with Operations Director and Distribution Manager on a weekly basis.
- Ensuring the end of day despatching of all orders are complete and create the end of day manifest using the Courier database.
- Ensure all daily orders processed are packed and shipped to high standards.
- Ensure any issues with customers' orders are communicated to Customer Services.
- Notify Inventory dept. of any changes to storage locations to ensure SAP is updated
- Ensure designated key picking storage locations are replenished daily.
- Report, complete and submit non-conformance paperwork, if applicable.
- Manage and complete paperwork for the deliveries for FBA items.
- Ensure all aisles are kept clean and safe working procedures are adhered to.
- Conduct stock audits as and when required.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
- Pick and pack orders in a fast-moving department accurately.
- Accurately input and print off delivery shipping labels.
- Always ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is worn when necessary, such as high-visibility clothing, gloves, safety footwear and ear defenders.
- Ensure daily customer orders have been completed and despatched as specified to customer delivery requirements.
- Ad hoc responsibilities as and when required.

**Ideal background**

You will have significant experience of working in a warehouse environment.

Knowledge of RF Scanning. Pick, Pack and Despatch processes.

**Qualifications required**

Minimum 5 GCSEs Grade A-C (must include Maths and English)

**Knowledge & Experience required**
- Knowledge of stock systems, warehouse distribution and lean operations desirable.
- High level of competency in Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office 365 services and Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Experience of implementing RF scanning and examples of the relevant training documentation.
- SAP Business One desirable.
- Driving Licence
