About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Growth Specialist to join our team at Stampede AI Ltd. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will play a critical role in driving the long-term success and satisfaction of our clients in the hospitality industry.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless adoption of our guest experience and engagement platform, fostering strong relationships with our clients and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Develop and implement customized onboarding plans to ensure a smooth transition for new clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our platform.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs and providing proactive support to drive long-term success.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback, using insights to inform product development and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in client growth, account management, or a related field within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships, driving account growth, and delivering complex projects.
  • Familiarity with customer success tools and software, such as HubSpot, Gainsight, and Zendesk.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop creative solutions.
