In Technology Group Limited is seeking a skilled 2nd Line MSP Engineer to provide exceptional IT support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd Line IT Support to a range of clients, handling escalations from the 1st line team
  • Assist in maintaining on-site servers, including AD servers, and manage and support VoIP technologies
  • Support disaster recovery and backup systems, and provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for network and system issues
  • Manage, configure, and maintain client infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, and other IT systems
  • Collaborate with 3rd line engineers to deliver IT strategies and ensure the highest level of service to our clients

Requirements:

  • Experience with on-prem servers, backup solutions, cloud technologies, networks, VoIP systems, Active Directory, and Office 365
  • Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
