Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of financial statements, along with reviewing the work of junior staff and providing mentorship to foster their professional development.
  • Engagement with clients directly, addressing inquiries, and gathering necessary information for financial statement preparation.
  • Preparation and evaluation of management accounts for some of the firm's significant clients.
  • Training clients on innovative accounting software and providing guidance on maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Audit assignments available upon request, though not mandatory.
  • Preparation of corporate tax returns and coordination with the tax department and relevant authorities.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Applicants should be ACA/ACCA qualified or possess equivalent experience, demonstrating proficiency as a capable Senior Accounts Specialist, accustomed to delivering comprehensive accounting, tax, and diverse services to a variety of clients.
  • Familiarity with client software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage is advantageous.

  • Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
