About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Bids and Proposals Writer to join our team at Gerrell & Hard Careers. As a key member of our Custom Projects Team, you will play a critical role in crafting high-quality bid responses for bespoke projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the bid response process to ensure timely and high-quality submissions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of standard answers and templates to improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of our bid submissions.
  • Collaborate with various teams and senior stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the bid response process and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Industry and Markets

You will have the opportunity to work with a range of customers within markets including Oil & Gas, Defence, Ocean Science, and Renewables.
