Technical Bid Writer

Perfectstormsw is seeking a skilled Technical Bid Writer to join our Custom Projects Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in crafting high-quality bid responses for bespoke projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the bid response process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions that meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of standard answers and templates to improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of our bid submissions.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to clearly communicate the scope and timeline of new bids to customers.
- Proven writing experience in a technical authoring field, ideally with a background in Engineering.
- Strong technical awareness, including an understanding of internet/network-based solutions.
- Substantial experience using MS Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in written English (grammar, spelling, and vocabulary).
