About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our Prezzo team at Fareham. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that every customer leaves with a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality Italian cuisine, adhering to our company's standards and values.
  • Develop and implement kitchen processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to drive menu innovation and maintain consistency across all locations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, stock management, and staff development.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve our mission of becoming the UK's favourite Italian dining experience.
