**Key Responsibilities:**

Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop and produce high-quality content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Design and implement content strategies to boost user engagement and drive sales.
  • Write compelling captions and descriptions for all social media platforms.
  • Plan, source, write, and curate original content for social channels.
  • Ensure content consistency across all paid channels.

Community Management:

  • Act as the lead for social media interactions and community building.
  • Engage with audiences to establish, maintain, and grow user relationships.

Paid Social Media Management:

  • Manage paid social media activations across platforms to meet brand awareness and performance objectives.
  • Implement campaigns, including set-up, tracking, optimisation, and creative asset management.
  • Optimise campaigns, forecast spend, and report against key metrics.
  • Support the design of paid social campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with the digital team, media vendors, and tech partners for campaign execution and relationship building.
  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends and innovations.

Collaboration & Insights:

  • Collaborate with the broader team on digital activation and content planning.
  • Work with Marketing teams to generate and share insights.
  • Support the marketing/digital team to maximise content creation opportunities.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and paid social media advertising.
  • Drinks or FMCG experience would be a huge benefit.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to create engaging content.
  • Experience in content strategy, campaign management, and community building.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the latest social media trends and innovations.
