About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience at our stations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and welcoming environment at our stations.
  • Participate in the safe running of trains and a safe station environment by complying with procedures.
  • Promote our marketing literature and useful information to customers.
Requirements
  • A proactive customer approach, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Exceptional levels of customer service, with the ability to be a role model for others.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing customers effectively in difficult environments.
  • An effective communicator, with the ability to demonstrate this through your application and assessments.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
