Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team in a beautiful nursing home in Pontypridd, Wales. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership qualities and be responsible for supervising staff and monitoring patient care.

The role will offer days, 40 hours per week, and will involve supporting the Home Manager in the running of the home, recruiting new staff members, and managing all staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
  • Recruiting and managing new staff members
  • Supervising and monitoring patient care
  • Providing ongoing development and training to the nursing team
Requirements
  • Nursing qualification
  • 6 months experience in a similar capacity
  • Registered with the NMC
  • Passionate about Dementia care
  • Satisfactory references
  • Right to work in the UK
