We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at a brand new residential care service in Wales. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs, ensuring they receive the highest quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team to provide person-centred support and care
  • Deliver best practice in social care and continually develop the service
  • Manage people and processes to ensure the service's success

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Previous deputy managerial experience in a similar environment
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
