Priory Group Deputy Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our leadership team at Daffodil House, a new Adult Care service opening in early 2025. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the service, supporting the Registered Manager and taking on responsibility for key areas of service provision in their absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager in the overall management of the service
  • Take on responsibility for key areas of service provision in the absence of the Registered Manager
  • Manage and coordinate support for residents
  • Lead a team of staff and manage rotas
  • Meet with internal and external stakeholders as required
