Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our leadership team at Priory Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our Adult Care service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager in key areas of service provision
  • Take charge of the service in the Registered Manager's absence
  • Manage and coordinate support for residents
  • Lead a team of staff and manage rotas
  • Meet with internal and external stakeholders as required
