Position Summary

This position is part of the Payroll division, focusing on the financial management and reporting of remuneration elements within the EMEA Finance department. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the monthly compensation journal entries, encompassing payroll, taxation, and bonus provisions
  • Assist in the evaluation of compensation provisions
  • Document and assess operational procedures
  • Prepare reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
  • Conduct analyses for cash flow projections
  • Support the monthly balance sheet financial statement review
  • Contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and statutory financial statements
  • Ensure a robust risk management and control framework
  • Address compensation inquiries during audit processes
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support payroll-related tasks
  • Perform additional responsibilities as necessary

Qualifications and Skills
