Position Summary

This position is part of the Payroll division, focusing on the financial management and reporting of remuneration elements within the EMEA Finance department. The role demands exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical capabilities. Collaboration with finance and human resources is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the monthly compensation journal entries, encompassing payroll, taxation, and bonus provisions
  • Assist in the evaluation of compensation provisions
  • Document and assess operational procedures
  • Prepare reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
  • Conduct analyses for cash flow projections
  • Support the monthly balance sheet financial statement review
  • Contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and statutory financial statements
  • Ensure a robust risk management and control framework
  • Address compensation inquiries during audit processes
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support payroll-related tasks
  • Perform additional responsibilities as necessary

Qualifications and Skills

  • Part Qualified Accountant designation
