Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to our external clients, resolving and escalating tickets, and participating in large projects, technical research, and training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to external clients via remote means
- Resolve and escalate tickets in a timely and efficient manner
- Participate in large projects, including upgrades, rollouts, and migrations
- Conduct technical research to find client solutions
- Log and update IT support issues
- Participate in technical training and personal development sessions
