About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Analyst to join our Systems Department at Ramboll UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and understanding existing business support processes to identify opportunities for automation
  • Developing and implementing automation solutions using relevant tools and technologies
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in running process automation projects from requirements gathering to technical project delivery
  • Building stakeholder relationships through communication and collaboration
  • Driving a continuous improvement mindset and evaluating the performance of existing automated processes

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Automation Analyst who can bring their expertise to our team. You will have a strong background in process automation, with experience in RPAs, APIs, and other process automation technologies and tools. You will also have a foundation knowledge of Python and experience with at least one element of Power Platform.
