Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Identity Security team, IDFIRE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and understanding novel attacks against user and application authentication, and working closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure the integrity and security of our services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to security incidents, including unexploited vulnerabilities and attacks against Microsoft and our customers, and coordinate the response in accordance with runbooks.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews to determine the root cause of security incidents and prioritize lessons learned, coordinating with engineering to build requirements and user stories.
  • Continually evaluate and improve existing processes, developing new processes and opportunities for automation.
  • Identify and analyze new data sources to find novel patterns that can be passed to engineering and transformed into new automated detections and protections.
  • Develop and enhance data analytics pipelines for cybersecurity and/or fraud investigations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and partner teams to achieve our objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in cybersecurity, anomaly detection, software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, or data science.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Azure or other cloud infrastructure, identity access management, software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with project planning and building out cybersecurity incident response plans, threat analytics and reports, anomaly and Security Operations Center (SOC) detection and automation.
  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
