We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Project Manager to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering fire and security projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage fire and security projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project progress and address any issues.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including health and safety, environmental, and quality management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success and repeat business.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in fire and security project management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
