Job Title: Consultant Psychiatrist in Older Adults

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Priory Hospital Dewsbury, specializing in Older Adults. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with dementia and other mental health disorders.

About the Role:
  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and treatment plans for patients with dementia and other mental health conditions.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to patient care.

Requirements:
  • CCT (or equivalent) in Older Adult Psychiatry or General Adult Psychiatry with extensive older adult experience.
  • Ability to fulfill the role of Responsible Clinician.
  • Meet regulatory requirements, such as GMC registration and revalidation.
