As a Product Analyst at Barclays Execution Services, you will play a crucial role in translating business needs into Salesforce technical requirements, primarily for the Corporate Bank. Your expertise will help drive business and operational improvements, supporting the growth of this business area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements that necessitate change within the organization.
  • Develop business requirements to address business problems and opportunities.
  • Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to change management activities, including the development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organization.
  • Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda.
  • Take ownership of managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done.
  • Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information, internal and external sources such as procedures and practices (in other areas, teams, companies, etc.).
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Products
  • Tech Analysis in a Banking Tech domain
  • Communication/Translation of Business/Technology requirements
Additional Skills:
  • Salesforce engineering experience (either Test/Dev/Devops/configurator)
  • Certifications in Salesforce Training & Change Management
  • Strong Integration & Data skillset
