Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Learning Support Assistants to ensure effective delivery of support services.
- Collaborate with Learning Support Coordinators to develop and implement support plans for students with EHCPs.
- Work closely with other support partners to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic well-being.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support services, making recommendations for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of EHCPs and support arrangements.
- Experience working with students with additional needs.
