About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Insights Researcher to join our research team at The Adaptavist Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting quantitative and qualitative research to inform business decisions and drive product development.

Your primary focus will be on identifying new market opportunities, evaluating products' market position against their competitors, and finding the most effective methods to market products. You will work closely with product teams to gather requirements, define business problems, and plan research activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting market research and analysis to inform business decisions
  2. Developing and implementing research plans to meet business objectives
  3. Collecting and analyzing data from various sources, including surveys, user interviews, and focus groups
  4. Presenting findings to stakeholders and promoting research maturity within the organization

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced researcher with a strong background in marketing and customer insights research. If you have a passion for understanding customer needs and behaviors, and can communicate complex research findings effectively, we want to hear from you.
