Senior Customer Insights Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Insights Researcher to join our research team at The Adaptavist Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting quantitative and qualitative research to inform business decisions and drive product development.
Your primary focus will be on identifying new market opportunities, evaluating products' market position against their competitors, and finding the most effective methods to market products. You will work closely with product teams to gather requirements, define business problems, and plan research activities.
As a Senior Customer Insights Researcher, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from assessing market potential and messaging effectiveness to customer segmentation and pricing studies. You will also participate in identifying new market opportunities to diversify our product portfolio and customer base segmentation.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with product teams to gather requirements and define business problems
- Plan research activities in agreement with product teams
- Carry out research activities such as surveys, user interviews, or focus groups
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data
- Recruit participants for research activities
- Present findings to stakeholders
- Promote research maturity through individual and collective engagements
- Substantial experience conducting marketing and customer insights research
- Experience with market entry reports, calculating total addressable market, and market segmentations
- Great communicative skills
- Ability to take and give feedback
- Tech savvy
- Knowledge of statistical methods and packages
- Experience working in a fast-paced tech environment
- Experience coding or scripting
