Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Wellness Coaches to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our fitness programs, your expertise and engaging personality will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized guidance and group exercise sessions. To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional communication and motivational skills, hold at least a Level 2 gym instructor qualification, and be committed to delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist gym users with exercise-related inquiries and program guidance on a daily basis.
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service and safety in line with our established policies and procedures.
  • Lead fitness sessions tailored to various skill levels, both in group settings and one-on-one.
  • Possess a professional fitness qualification.
  • Exhibit an outgoing personality and a proactive attitude.
  • Hold a minimum of a Level 2 fitness qualification.
