We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Acorn Recruitment. As a Sales and Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new business development opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Prepare and send quotes to potential clients and follow up on quotes to negotiate deals.
- Work closely with the team to strategize and achieve sales goals.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales, such as data entry and reporting.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in a service environment.
- Comfortable engaging in phone conversations and negotiations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
What We Offer:
- Salary £26,000 to £28,000 per annum + bonus + company profit-related bonus scheme.

- 37.5 hours per week - office-based.
