We are seeking a talented and motivated graduate to join our team as a Counsellor. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About the Role

This is a 6-month graduate scheme that will provide you with extensive training and development in areas such as digital counselling, telephone counselling, and solution-focused counselling. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide counselling services to clients via digital and telephone platforms
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of new services and initiatives
