About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Counsellor to join our team at The Portfolio Group. As a Graduate Counsellor, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality counselling services to clients via digital and telephone platforms
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our EAP provider
Requirements
  • Minimum diploma level 4 in Counselling and a minimum of 100 counselling hours
  • Membership of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
