Our Graduate Scheme

We are seeking professional and hard-working graduates with strong communication skills, high levels of computer literacy, and organisational ability. As a graduate on our scheme, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as digital counselling, telephone counselling, solution-focused counselling, and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality counselling services to clients via digital and telephone platforms
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our client's employee assistance programme

Requirements

  • Minimum diploma level 4 in Counselling and minimum of 100 counselling hours
  • Membership of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
