About the Role

Award-winning Awaze, a leading European holiday vacation rentals group, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join its technology team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in the administration, configuration, and customization of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily administration of Salesforce platforms, ensuring seamless system operation and user experience.
  • Configure and customize reports, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and custom objects to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with the development team on custom applications and integrations, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager, Business Analyst, and Lead Administrator to suggest improvements to platform configuration, tools, and workflows.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Effectively communicate system changes and updates to users, creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, and application configuration.
  • Manage system permissions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and adhering to Salesforce best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to the Awaze Salesforce deployment lifecycle, including development, testing, and production environments, while following best practices for version control and change management.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is preferred, although knowledge of other Salesforce products (i.e., Pardot & Marketing Cloud) would be beneficial.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is essential, with Salesforce Service Cloud Certification being a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, with the ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
