Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our client's team in Birmingham. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive corporate culture and implementing effective reward and recognition programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive employee recognition strategy, including formal and informal recognition programs.
- Design and implement a pay grading structure that is attractive and fit for purpose, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and best practices.
- Manage the internal evaluation of new roles and conduct external pay benchmarking to ensure fairness and equity.
- Coordinate events and initiatives to recognize and celebrate employee accomplishments and milestones.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a positive corporate culture that fosters engagement, motivation, and productivity.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in HR, preferably with a CIPD qualification.
- Proven experience in managing and implementing reward and recognition programs.
- Expertise in pay grading and job evaluation, with a strong understanding of employment legislation and law.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
