Support Professional for Young Client with Spinal Cord Injury

Active Care Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care to a young male client with a spinal cord injury residing in Cardiff.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering our client to live a fulfilling life within their own home and community. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including:

  • Providing personalized care assistance
  • Administering medication as prescribed
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers
  • Performing light domestic duties to maintain a comfortable living environment
  • Accompanying the client on outings and appointments, utilizing your driving skills to ensure their access to community resources

No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided by our experienced Care Manager. We are committed to your professional development and growth within Active Care Group.
