About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with spinal cord injuries in their own homes and within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with spinal cord injuries
  • Assist with medication management and domestic duties
  • Drive clients to enable them to access the community
  • Work collaboratively with the Care Manager to ensure high-quality care
