Support Worker - Spinal Cord Injury

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Cardiff. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with a spinal cord injury in their own home and out in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and domestic duties
  • Drive the client to enable them to access the community
  • Work collaboratively with the Care Manager to ensure the client's needs are met
Requirements:
  • Kind and caring nature

  • Good communication skills
