About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Diaverum UK. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting our clinic managers and line managers in people management and employment law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and Advise line managers on approaches to people management and the application of employment law.
  • Support Clinic Managers in developing a collaborative working environment and retaining employees.
  • Act as a Trusted Partner for sensitive or complex employee cases, providing employee relations advice where needed.
  • Work with Clinic Managers to support them in managing performance, skills development, conduct, capability, attendance issues.
  • Collate and Analyze Data such as exit interviews to work with managers in addressing workplace issues including turnover and sickness.
  • Support Managers with regards to staff training and led or contribute to staff training on HR related topics.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Team with regards to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Assist with General HR Team Projects.
Requirements
  • In-Depth Knowledge of Employee Relations within a busy HR environment, with strong IT skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and HRIS.
  • Excellent Organizational and Problem-Solving Abilities, backed by effective time management skills.
  • CIPD Qualified.
  • Ability to Drive and Travel to locations across the region.
