Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machining Manager to join our team at Galaxy Personnel. As a CNC Machining Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our machine shop, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of CNC machinists and other production staff
  • Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demands
  • Monitor and control production costs, inventory levels, and quality control
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CNC machining and management
