About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Assessor to join our team at Protocol National Limited. As a Childcare Assessor, you will play a crucial role in supporting learners to achieve their best, while developing long-term relationships with local employers to increase placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit learners in employer settings to assess their competency and knowledge.
  • Manage a range of childcare and teaching assistants.
  • Review the progress of each learner in line with organisational expectations to ensure timely completion of qualifications.
Requirements
  • Experience working within an early-years setting as a nursery nurse/officer or similar.
  • Ideal qualifications include a teaching qualification and/or an Assessors Award.
  • Hold a DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for a new one).
