Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs in childcare, working closely with our team to ensure excellence in quality and performance.
- Collaborate with early-years settings and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and support to learners, helping them to achieve their goals and develop their skills.
- Work closely with our recruitment team to identify and attract top talent in the childcare sector.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in an early-years setting, preferably in a leadership or training role.
- Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy qualifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with learners, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations.
